About Richika

Richika is a Psychometrist who has experience with administering and scoring psychological, academic, neuropsychological, and personality assessments.

Richika previously worked as a School Psychologist for various school districts where she conducted psycho-educational evaluations. In addition to administering and scoring assessments, she also has experience with designing and conducting academic and behavioral interventions.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and double minor in Social Work and Sociology from Western Michigan University. She earned her Master’s degree and Specialist in Education degree from The Ohio State University.
