An evaluation is meant to be supplemental information that can be compared with other sources such as interview, reference check, resume etc. It helps provide objective information concerning traits or skills related to the job in question. There are several models, samples and norms that allow for comparison. Examples would include certain aptitude levels for related jobs, interpersonal styles for managers, leadership models and more. An organization often collects information over time and utilizes evaluations for comparison purposes.

Disability Evaluation
HRA Psychological Services provide disability evaluations for individuals, families, legal, and corporate clients. Evaluations include both intellectual and emotional assessment of the person in order to determine ability to return to work, perform specific job tasks or functions, and live independently. This type of evaluation may be necessary for insurance eligibility, worker's compensation, legal or court issues, family and individual concerns.
