Renee M. Orr, LMSW, has been providing therapeutic services to children and families for over 25 years. Having spent a good deal of her career in child welfare and residential care services, Renee has developed vast experience in addressing childhood trauma. She has worked closely with children impacted by neglect, sexual and physical abuse, sexual acting out behaviors, and attachment difficulties. Renee has education, training, and expertise in providing mental health services for parents and children dealing with divorce, anxiety, grief, attachment difficulties, depression, behaviors related to pre-natal exposure (specifically FASDs), foster care, and post adoption related issues.
Renee works with parents who may have children with difficult behaviors.
Renee has trained in TF-CBT, Child Centered Play Therapy, Theraplay, attachment parenting, sexual perpetrating behaviors in children, and Neuro-Behavioral Parenting of children with FASDs.
