About Jennifer

Jennifer is a Licensed Social Worker who provides individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults working on a wide range of issues. Jennifer values the importance of the therapeutic relationship and works with clients in a collaborative way. She recognizes each client has their own unique story that requires an individualized approach to treatment and seeks to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to foster change. Jennifer utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to empower her clients to grow in the ways that are most meaningful and beneficial to them.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Calvin College and her Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University. She has experience working in a variety of treatment settings, including residential, group, in-home and outpatient. Jennifer has received specialized training related to substance use, trauma and complex families and is committed to ongoing learning as it relates to advancements in the understanding of the various treatment needs of her clients.
