About Myra

Myra understands that strong relationships and a calm nervous system are foundational to therapeutic progress. She encourages parents/guardians to schedule appointments regularly to problem solve challenges at home and school and often incorporates family members into individual sessions. Myra teaches parents and children about the body and brain, mindfulness, collaborative problem solving, positive self-talk, and provides therapeutic play, and reflective listening in session.

Myra welcomes all clients regardless of their race, gender or other identity. She has experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, Attachment issues, Autism, Depression, OCD, and Neuro-developmental trauma.
