Clinician

HRA Psychological Services is seeking a fully licensed Psychologist or Masters level clinician at our Grand Rapids and Big Rapids locations.

Qualifications: The preferred candidate is an experienced and licensed Psychologist or Masters level clinician in the State of Michigan.

Organization: HRA Psychological services is a well-known and well regarded private practice that has been operating within the Grand Rapids community for over 45 years. The practice is comprised of 13 clinicians working in two separate locations (Grand Rapids and Big Rapids). HRA provides a multitude of therapeutic and evaluative services including therapy and assessment for individuals and families, an array of forensic and court related services, corporate assessment and consultation, and a variety of other services. HRA proudly contracts with various departments within state and local government to perform mandated assessments.

Clinicians working at HRA have the benefit of full time staff support that include schedule maintenance, billing specialists, psychometrician testing support and transcription services. All of these benefits are supported through a fair and equitable overhead structure.

Compensation: Compensation for each clinician working at HRA is determined by an overhead structure based on the individual clinician's overall average billing receipts. The overhead structure pays for staff salary, operating expenses, etc.

Salary: Excellent earning potential, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 plus per year
