About Dr. Jarchow

Dr. Jarchow provides a broad range of services for children, adolescents, adults, and couples/families. She has been in private practice since earning her PhD from Idaho State University in 2004. Dr. Jarchow uses a collaborative approach with clients, predominantly rooted in cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness practices. She offers a safe, supportive, confidential environment to process each client’s unique presenting concerns. The therapeutic process also includes defining goals to improve quality of life and learning effective coping skills to manage distress. Dr. Jarchow is honored to hold space for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, medical concerns, stress, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, communication problems, etc. as they process their concerns and work towards learning ways to engage in life more fully and truly thrive. In addition to therapy, Dr. Jarchow also offers comprehensive assessment services, including neurocognitive evaluations for cognitive functioning, ADHD, learning disorders, etc. or psychological evaluation for diagnostic clarification of behavioral and emotional functioning.
