Rebecca provides a wealth of background work from domestic violence and abuse; school social work special education services (K-12); telephone crisis therapy; and private practice services for individuals and groups.
She has expertise in childhood and school related behaviors; as well as working with individuals living with depression, anxiety disorders, self harm and suicidal thoughts; eating disorders; children and behavioral concerns; trauma; parenting support, child/adolescent divorce support; and domestic abuse. Rebecca provides DBT and CBT methods to clients in individual and group therapy. Rebecca’s therapeutic method is to address each client with a therapeutic approach that meets individuals where they are and provides a supportive and therapeutically encouraging environment to address necessary changes.
