How to Deal with Negativity

  1. Not getting sucked into negative conversations, complaining, back stabbing, gossiping, or bickering without thinking of solutions or the positives
  2. Don’t agree with negative people, but give support if they are open to it
  3. Respond with empathy when someone’s being negative, but move on
  4. Sometimes cut negative people or things out of your life
  5. Censor what you say by keeping it positive or constructive
  6. Be an advocate or cheerleader for those around you
  7. Face your fears or negative situations
  8. Avoid becoming an idle complainer
  9. Don’t beat yourself up or compare yourself to others
  10.  Make a list of the things you’re grateful for
